We offer a wide range of gynecologic services including adolescent gynecologic health, health screening for all ages of women, family planning, cervical cancer screening, work up and management of the infertile couple, management of abnormal uterine bleeding and diagnostic gynecologic ultrasound. Dr. Giarratana specializes in gynecologic surgery, offering endometrial ablation with the Novasure device, laparoscopic surgery and major abdominal and vaginal surgery, including vaginal reconstruction and vaginal hysterectomy.

Dr. Giarratana and Colleen Wheeler, PA-C, will co-manage your pregnancy. They provide in-office obstetric ultrasound and antenatal fetal testing for complicated pregnancies. They care for both low-risk and high-risk pregnancies. Besides the management of a normal labor and delivery, Dr. Giarratana is skilled in operative vaginal deliveries and Cesarean section. He admits patients to both Littleton Adventist Hospital and SkyRidge Medical Center.
